Developed and gained council and utility approval for water, sewerage and stormwater project. Completed utility servicing and design projects for clients included Transport for NSW, RMS, Sydney Water, Stockland, local councils and Hydro Tasmania.
Strata Project Management Services
Project Example
Facilitated the scope of works for the external painting of the various apartment blocks at Pulpit Point and refurbishment which included damaged garden walls, sandstone cladding, roof overflow, damaged doors and frames and roof membrane. Provided tender evaluation assessment followed by superintendency services to project manage the delivery of the works.
