Facilitated the investigation to determine the severity of the asbestos roofing issues in one of the blocks in the Strata Plan. Consultants have been engaged to assess and test the existing structure. Loganwater Projects has been engaged to prepare the scope of works and tender documentation followed by superintendency services to project manage the delivery of the works.
